We live in Nerang and have worked the area since 2014 in property management.  We know and love Nerang, and like many locals feel it is one of the Gold Coast's best kept secrets!  Nerang has a gorgeous library, aquatic centre, the blossoming Country Paradise park lands, community groups and adventure playground.  Nerang boasts three shopping centres, many excellent cafes and restaurants, river walks, movie theatre, forest walks and mountain biking, velodrome, theatre are to name but a few things that this established Gold Coast suburb has to offer!

Nerang has two primary schools and one high school, plus there are more primary schools to choose from in neighbouring suburbs Worongary, Gilston and Highland Park.   There is easy access to and from the M1 which means heading to North or South GC or Brisbane is super easy.  Travelling east from Nerang and you can be in Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach in 20 minutes.  Nerang also has wonderful attractions to the North and South West, such as Tamborine Mountain, Sprinbrook, Binna Burra and Lamington National Park.  It really is the central hub to so many beautiful spots to enjoy and venture in.
